About Me – Ayurvedic Student Behind Stellar Ayurveda

 Namaste ! I'm Ayush Awasthi, a passionate Ayurvedic student from India. I started Stellar Ayurveda to share real, time-tested Ayurvedic remedies and desi nuskhe with people who want natural healing.

Since my early college days, I’ve seen how natural remedies and Ayurvedic lifestyle changes can help with real problems – be it PCOD, migraine, constipation, or stress. 

That’s what inspired me to create Stellar Ayurveda – a blog dedicated to sharing practical, easy-to-understand, desi health tips for every Indian home.

This blog is not just about ancient gyaan, but real solutions — backed by Ayurvedic principles and sprinkled with personal experiences from myself, my friends, and real-life case studies.
