🧍♂️ JAB BODY NE WARNING DI – MERI SHURUAAT YAHAAN SE HUI
Main Ayush hoon, ek BAMS final year ka student. Jab aap Ayurveda padh rahe ho, toh health ka importance samajhna natural hai — par frankly bolun toh main bhi pehle apne health ko lightly leta tha.
2nd year ke exams ke time main itna stress mein tha ki na sahi se khana, na proper neend, na koi physical activity.
Thodi thodi der mein thakan, low energy, aur frequent colds hone lage. Tab maine realise kiya — preventive health sirf theory ka part nahi hai, woh meri life ka bhi essential element hai.
🌿 PREVENTIVE HEALTH KA ASAL MATLAB KYA HAI?
Preventive health ka matlab hai aise lifestyle changes aur habits ko apnaana jo aapko future mein badi bimariyon se bacha sakein — jaise diabetes, heart disease, obesity, etc.Ayurveda mein preventive health ko “Swasthasya Swasthya Rakshanam” kehte hain — yaani jo healthy hai, uski health ko maintain karna.
FITNESS ROUTINE – STEP BY STEP DESI STYLE
🌅 1. MORNING WALK + SUNLIGHT (15–20 MIN)
Daily 20 mins morning walk aur dhoop mein time bitana — energy levels mein zabardast boost.
🍵 2. GHAR KA NUSKHA – JEERA, AJWAIN, SAUNF KA PANI
