Glowing skin is something har kisi ko chahiye hota hai, chahe woh student ho ya working professional. 

But with pollution, stress, aur chemical-based products ke use se hamari skin dull ho jaati hai.

As a BAMS Final Year student, I’ve understood ki Ayurveda mein glowing skin ka asli raaz छिपा है – nature ke पास.

Mere khud ke experiences se mai aaj kuch desi Ayurvedic nuskhe share kar raha hoon jo maine apni skin care routine mein apnaaye hain – bina kisi harmful cream ya chemical ke!


🌿 My Skin Struggles 

Main bhi ek waqt par acne aur dull skin se pareshaan tha. 

Har dusri cream try ki, par ya toh result nahi mila ya fir aur problem badh gayi. 

Tab maine apne Ayurvedic knowledge ka use karke ek natural routine shuru kiya – aur sach kahu toh sirf 15-20 din mein fark dikhne laga.

  1. Haldi + besan + dahi face pack

Chandan + Kesar + Doodh

Use fresh chandan powder (agar asli ho toh), mix with 2 drops of milk & 1-2 kesar strands.

Main personally bina mobile ke 30 minutes raat ko sit quietly karta hoon, aur us din meri skin mein alag hi shine hoti hai.

Nidra hi best Rasayana hai” – Ayurveda kehta hai proper sleep se body aur skin dono repair hoti hai.

  • 10 PM tak so jana
  • Room dark, quiet and cool ho

Ek waqt tha jab main 1 AM tak phone use karta tha – usse meri skin ka glow chala gaya tha.
Jab sahi neend leni start ki, log kehne lage – “Tu kuch alag lag raha hai!”

Yes! This is real – Ayurveda mein full moon ki roshni mein 10–15 minute walk ya meditation skin aur mind dono ke liye beneficial hai.
