Aaj kal kaafi ladkiyon aur women ko ek common health issue face karna pad raha hai — PCOD ya PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Disease / Syndrome). Isme ovaries mein chhoti-chhoti cysts ban jaati hain aur hormones imbalance ho jaate hain.

  • Irregular periods (अनियमित माहवारी)
  • Hair fall and facial hair (बाल झड़ना, चेहरे पर बाल आना)
  • Weight gain (वजन बढ़ना)

🌱 My Personal Connection

Being a BAMS student, maine kaafi cases dekhe hain jahan PCOD se jujh rahi patients ne sirf lifestyle aur ayurvedic changes se bahut acha result paya. 

Ek friend ki friend thi jiska period 3-4 mahine tak nahi aata tha.
