Ayurvedic Body Types (Doshas) Explained: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha
आयुर्वेद के त्रिदोष (दोष) क्या हैं?
Ayurveda ke anusar, शरीर ke saare sharirik aur maansik kriyaon ko teen prakaar ke dosh control karte hain:
- Vata (Vayu + Akash)
- Pitta (Agni + Jala)
- Kapha (Prithvi + Jala)
Inhe hi hum Tridosha kehte hain. Har vyakti mein yeh teeno dosh hote hain, lekin kisi ek ya do doshon ka prabhav zyada hota hai – isi se vyakti ki Prakriti (Body Constitution) tay hoti hai.
Ayurveda mein kaha gaya hai:
ओनमालं च दोषाः पक्रृतिछ्ठ्यानु च यो ज्नानां मेनानां च सम्यक्ताओ यान्ती शारीराणां स्वास्थ्यमु।
— Charak Samhita, Sutrasthan 1/57

🌿 Final Thoughts by Ayurvedic Student
Maine apne Ayurvedic safar mein dekha hai ki jab kisi ka dosha imbalance theek hota hai to uska overall health drastic way mein improve hota hai. Har ek vyakti ko apne dosha ko samajhkar us anusaar lifestyle aur diet ko adapt karna chahiye.
Ayurveda mein sab kuch personalised hai – isiliye, ek hi medicine sabke liye kaam nahi karti. Vata-Pitta-Kapha ka santulan hi asli chikitsa hai.
