🦋 Thyroid Kya Hota Hai? 

Thyroid ek chhoti si gland hoti hai hamare gale ke samne ki taraf, jo ek butterfly ki shape mein hoti hai. Par kaam iska bahut bada hai!

Ye gland humare hormones banati hai – jo body ke metabolism, mood, energy, digestion aur even periods tak ko control karte hain.


🔍 Simple Language mein – Thyroid ki Problem Kaise Hoti Hai?

Agar thyroid sahi se kaam nahi karta, toh ya toh hormones kam banenge (Hypothyroidism) ya jyada banenge (Hyperthyroidism). Dono cases mein problem hoti hai.


📋 Thyroid ke Types ko Easy Language mein Samjho:

1. Hypothyroidism (कमज़ोर thyroid)

Yeh sabse common hai. Ismein energy low ho jati hai, weight badhne lagta hai, mood low rehta hai.

Mere ek dost ko yahi tha – woh roz subah uthkar thaka thaka feel karta tha, kaam mein mann nahi lagta. Jab test hua toh TSH high aaya – Hypothyroid!

2. Hyperthyroidism (Overactive thyroid)

Ismein sab kuch fast ho jata hai – heart beat, anxiety, weight loss… Lekin energy kam hi rehti hai.

3. Goitre (गलगंड)

Thyroid gland mein sujan aa jati hai. Gale mein halka swelling dikhta hai.

4. Autoimmune Thyroid (Hashimoto's)

Body khud apni gland ko attack karti hai. Yeh thoda tricky hota hai.

Hypothyroidism (Hormone kam hone par):

-Weight badhna (bina jyada khaye bhi)

-Mood swings, depression

-Thakan, sone ka mann

🧪 Thyroid Test Kaise Pata Chale?

Simple blood test hota hai – TSH, T3, T4 check karna hota hai.

  • TSH high hai? = Hypothyroidism
  • TSH low hai? = Hyperthyroidism

Agar aapko lagataar fatigue, weight change, ya mood issues ho rahe hain – toh ek baar test karwa lena chahiye.

Ayurveda kehta hai jab body ka Kapha aur Vata imbalance ho jata hai, aur digestion (Agni) weak ho jata hai – tab thyroid jaise problems hoti hain.
